Quick Commerce is like the sprinter of the e-commerce world—speedy, chaotic, and always in demand. When I got the chance to design an Analytics and PO Tracking app for sellers, I knew I was stepping into a world where “fast” wasn’t just a feature; it was the mantra.

The challenge? There wasn’t a playbook, let alone a standardized system, for brands to craft their strategies. It was like running a race without a finish line. So, I rolled up my sleeves and dove in to create a scalable solution that could handle the high-speed needs of sellers across the board.

With analytics sharper than a sprint finish and PO tracking smoother than a victory lap, the app became the go-to tool for sellers to strategize smarter and move faster. Now, brands have a system that works seamlessly across platforms, and I have a story to tell about taming the wild, fast-paced world of Quick Commerce. 🏃‍♂️📦✨

Process

User Research

The process began with understanding the core challenges of Quick Commerce sellers through interviews and workshops. Key insights revealed gaps, such as the absence of a unified tool, difficulties in tracking competitors, and a lack of actionable data from brands.

Scalable Solution

I focused on creating a flexible framework that could handle diverse PO processes and brand-specific strategies while providing real-time analytics. The dashboards highlighted key metrics organized into tiers, enabling sellers to adapt quickly to market volatility and make informed decisions.

Data-Driven Ecosystem

The final solution combined competitive intelligence, multi-tiered data insights, and personalized dashboards. This comprehensive tool empowered sellers to standardize their processes, track performance effectively, and refine strategies to thrive in the fast-paced Quick Commerce market.
